Please follow up below steps to work around the issue.
1. Click on the System Settings icon
2. Navigate down to the VMware View
3. Click Certificate checking mode
4. Check the option "Do not verify server identity"
5. Go back to the view client and connect to broker again
You should able to connect to broker now.
