How many network interfaces do you have on your host and what n/w adaptor do you use for Windows 7. Is it VMXNET3?
Any special setting are you doing while mounting NFS share on ESXi? Do you use RAID5? Is yours ESXi5 or 5.1?
Sorry for series of questions, but I am trying to solve bothering problem since long time.
