Other information about the issue would be more helpful.
I am sure you've tried the ordinary initial analysis like:
- restarting client app
- clearing local cache ([Ctrl]+[Shift]+[1])
- checking communication with server
- trying on different client machines
- checking application log on VSM server
- etc.
The more information you give the more clear is the situation.
