I'm not sure if anybody has found a good solution with View (I would love one), but our company has been faced with this same scenario for years. Our support center logs into vCenter using the VIClient and uses a console session to connect to a guest VM. We have a pool of virtual machines running on the ESXi hosts that our users can choose from. Because we are controlling these guest from the conosle, the virtual network adapter can be used for full tunnel VPN without issue. Additionally, we frequently "shadow" sessions where multiple users connect to the same console.
I would really like to be able to use View to replace this solution as I feel it would be more efficient, but what we have in place has been working quite well for several years.
