When you said "move your vm to a shorter path like me" I assume your where concerned about the length however since puzfused said "I'm able to run "C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Player\vmplayer.exe", and then run the virtual machine without problem" I doubt it's an "NTFS permissions, compressed folders and domain membership" issue although I guess it certainly wouldn't hurt to try.
