we had some issue for unfollow action 5/4 to 5/9. I saw you unfollow A.P on 5/6. To fix this problem, follow a.p., then unfollow him. Let me know after you done this step , I will check DB to see if it is got fixed. This is the current workaround for unfollow issue we saw between 5/4 to 5/9
