Horizon Workspace / Workspace will not allow you to stream ThinApp packages over Internet. ThinApp today can only distribute updates using http/https. You must deploy the first initial version of the package via other means.
Horizon Workspace allows you to manage ThinApp entitlements via Internet. But not the acctual download/streaming.
