Thanks for the reply. Yes, as you said as long as we could post requests using HTTP(s) any langauge would be fine.
I have started using REST API schema with support from PERL and so far it is working.
The point why i'm interested in this is, down the line it shouldn't turn in to a wrong step.
Will definitely post it in vCloud API forum.
